You will be currently working as a highly motivated Commercial Estimator with extensive commercial experience, who can interpret plans & specifications.
Based within an established Western Australian Electrical Company, this role requires a "can do" attitude along with excellent team-working skills.
You will be responsible for;
• Compiling accurate take off's for a wide variety of Commercial projects.
• Seeking & analysing competitive supplier & subcontractor quotations.
• Preparation of Tender submission documents.
• Liaison with Clients, suppliers, subcontractors and the Project Management team.
You will have prior Estimator experience along with a strong technical knowledge & good understanding of the Construction Industry as well as excellent attention to detail and interpersonal & computer skills.
