PROJECT MANAGER, $100 MILLION CONTRACT, GORGON LNG, PERTH BASED

 

With a focus on the expanding Oil and Gas industry within Australia, an opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading EPC businesses in Asia Pacific region. This first tier contractor has a portfolio of projects above and beyond that of its competitors. In order to continue its growth, whilst maintaining exemplary levels of delivery, a Senior Project Manager is required to join its operational team. Based in Perth, the incumbent will take control of a newly awarded contract on Australia’s flagship Gorgon LNG Project. The Project Manager is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all design and construction processes. You will coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project gets completed on time and within budget. Candidates should consider their track record in a project management environment within the oil and gas sector. In addition, it is important to present the qualities of a pragmatic project manager, focused on delivery milestones, whilst maintaining uncompromising safety standards. The ability to relocate to sometimes remote location projects is also an essential attribute. The Project Manager will have strong interpersonal skills which will allow the development of good working relationships with both the workforce and the client. To be successful in this role the successful candidate must possess a high degree of aptitude within the oil and gas sector and have a demonstrable proven track record in delivering ????? ????? outcomes in the value range of $100 - $350 million dollars.
