What skills and experience do you need?

With an appropriate tertiary qualification, you’ll have gained a broad range of experience working in the mining industry, or similar heavy industry.  You’ll have a keen sense of what it means to be a service provider, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.  Naturally, you’ll be an excellent communicator with the capacity to build solid business relationships.  You must have commercial acumen and the following elements must be central to your thinking – Safety, People, Leadership.
