Their loyal customer base covers a diverse range of areas including government, commercial development, defence, healthcare and education. To further strengthen their Mechanical group, they have created an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their team.

Working closely with the head of Mechanical Engineering, you will be responsible for design of Mechanical services for major projects as well as surveying and reporting on HVAC for existing buildings. Your high level of experience will mean you have a thorough technical knowledge of an extensive range of HVAC systems, which will place you in the best position to advise and problem solve for your client base.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in design of mechanical services for commercial buildings projects
• Experience with building management/maintenance of existing systems
• Excellent communication skills and credibility
• Degree in Engineering ????? ????? design experience

This is a Senior level role and as such you will be expected to "hit the ground running" and work with very little training or support. Australian standards knowledge is preferred, and experience working with older buildings will make you ideal for this role.

This position is to start immediately and will attract a salary of $80 - 110K package. Longer-term you will be given the opportunity to tailor this role to play to your strengths, focusing on either existing buildings or new building design.
