Service Engineer - WA

Toshiba Medical is a market leader in medical diagnostic imaging. We work closely with our customers in public and private hospitals and major clinics to deliver first class diagnostic capabilities. To support continued growth in Western Australia, an opportunity has arisen for a Service Engineer who shares our service philosophy and can demonstrate a strong commitment to total customer satisfaction.

Specific responsibilities include:

•Equipment installation and maintenance: ensuring ????? ????? operating correctly and that equipment specifications are tested and maintained for QA and compliance.

•Providing customers with prompt response

•Documentation of work conducted and test results

•Inventory control: including maintaining control of stock and spare parts assigned.

Skills and experience required:

•Electronics/Electrical Engineering ????? ?????/Diploma or equivalent, or licenced electrician with demonstrated interest in electronics

•Several years experience providing field service or industrial/commercial electrical services. Experience is diagnostic medical imaging environment is desirable

•Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.

•Good communication skills.

•Excellent customer service skills.

•Strong computer skills.

•West Australian drivers licence essential

•West Australian X-Ray licence desirable

•West Australian restricted electrical licence desirable

This position is based in Perth. Most work will be in the metropolitan region with regular opportunity to work throughout Western Australia and occasionally other states. Overseas travel may be required for training. To meet our customers’ requirements, some overtime, weekend, shift and on-call ????? ????? be required.
