A fantastic perm opportunity is now available for a person that is looking for a role that offers variety and a great team environment.

This company are located in Forrestfield and are the market leaders in roofing products for both the residential and commercial industry both in Western Australia and National.

They are experiencing high growth within their Perth premises and are ideally seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their busy team.

This role will see you spend 50% of your day picking and packing orders in the warehouse and the other 50% will see you working within an office environment, answering customer queries, processing orders and performing general office duties.

This role does require you to have a forklift licence ideally though if suitable for the role and you don't have one then arrangements can be made by the client to pay for you to obtain your licence. You will need though either working knowledge of SAP software or relevant knowledge of SAP - ideally you have processed orders and info through SAP or you have had high exposure.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Excellent communication skills both written and in particular verbally
• Prior experience working in both a warehouse and office environment
• Prior experience picking and packing orders
• Very good typing and general office experience
• Current Forklift Licence (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience using SAP software (a must)

Conditions of this role is that you will need to be available to travel to Melbourne for a week to go on company provided training and this is a prerequisite of the role - please note, the client will pay for all flights and accommodation for this trip.
