An innovative and rapidly expanding accountancy software company is offering ????? ????? customer focused individual a spot in their expanding company.
The role, on the support helpdesk, involves liaising with accountants using the software package on a day-to-day basis across W.A. and Eastern States, accounts (payable/receivable) experience, together with a good knowledge of tax and accounting principles is critical to the position.
Main responsibilities include:
- Taking inbound calls from clients with regards to company software
- Answering ????? ????? questions, technical or otherwise
- Providing an exceptional level of service to ALL clients
