    LandCorp is currently working to create the Western Trade Coast which is set to be Australia’s Gateway to Global Industry through the development of a 3900ha precinct that includes the Australian Marine Complex, Kwinana Industrial Area, Hope Valley Wattleup Redevelopment Project and the Rockingham Industry Zone.
     
    This role is primarily responsible for the facilitation, implementation and monitoring ????? ?????’s Strategic Business Plan for the precinct. Key objectives will include building strong relationships with various key stakeholders in the public and private sectors, positioning and marketing of suitable land, procurement of additional land, and oversight of facilities management contracts. 
     
    The successful candidate must have a relevant property or business qualifications, and relevant experience in the land or property industry, and able to demonstrate the following attributes:
     
    • Strategic thinking - to develop and implement strategic policies
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • A thorough understanding of risk and opportunity management
    • An understanding of corporate communication and program marketing,
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies
    • Experience in business case preparation
    • Project analysis and financial management
