About the Requirements:Our client is seeking a Project Manager to work out of their Perth office. You will be an established Project Manager or Supervisor looking to take the next step up and ideally has a degree qualification in a construction or cavils field. The ideal candidate will have worked within the geotechnical sector and will have a solid understanding of various piling techniques including bored piles, secant piles, CFA piling, sheet piling, soil mixing and diaphragm walls. Communication, computer and written skills need to be strong. An understanding of piling design is an advantage as is the ability to be commercially aware.
About the Roles: Our client is seeking a Project Manager to get involved in some of Australia’s most prestigious projects as well as a lot of smaller projects. The Project Manager role will entail reporting to the managing director and managing up to four projects simultaneously from their initial inception to the handover of the completed project and all aspects in-between. You will be required to ensure that all site personnel are progressing the projects in accordance to the specification, on time and within budget, liaise with the client, project team, get involved in the planning of each project in order to ensure that all equipment and materials are available at the correct time to ensure the projects progress smoothly.
