This company needs no introduction in terms of what they do in W.A as there everywhere and have a reputation that precedes them in Home Building! However, this they have been involved in Commercial building on and off and the mixed development part of the business is growing fast.
If you are seriously board of your current job, unappreciated, in a stagnant role that has no in roads to development then this could be the perfect opportunity.
Experience:
- You will have over 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of local codes
- Both single and two storey builds (preferred)
- Some Commercial but not essential
- Local experience is preferred
Qualifications:
- Good software knowledge and skills
- If you have a Diploma or trades background it would be advantageous
You must be ambitious, confident and can above all handle the pressure in a busy environment. You will be a good communicator and capable of juggling many jobs that will stretch and push you to perform to a high level. You'll need a good sense of humor
