Superb opportunity to join a highly respected national civil construction company that provides a total construction package and project management service. The company excels in design, construction, and construction management services for commercial, retail and government building projects.
The building division has expertise in delivering a wide range of complex building projects including retail, commercial, warehouses, offices, hospitals, manufacturing plants, laboratories, educational facilities and refurbishments. We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator to join the team in the Perth office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labour estimates using first principles and or/sub-contractors tenders for all trades or services required.
You will have the ability to lead and take ownership of tenders from start to finish, this is a great opportunity to join a company that values it’s achievers and will assist you and give you the growth and direction you seek from a career.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a solid working history in the construction industry, possess a Degree/diploma in Quantity surveying, engineering or Building science and have a passion for estimating and a winning attitude.
