Admin/Receptionist

  • This large global IT software company located in the CBD are currently seeking a Part time Admin/Receptionist for their small but busy office.

    This role will have you working only 20 hrs a week and this client are completely flexible on what days and hours in the day you work.

    In this role you will be the face of the company and will represent the company from the set go with dealing with national and international clients that come through the door. You will be required to keep the reception area immaculate and be inviting, friendly and be the go to for the office.

    This office consists of four staff with interstate staff visiting of a regular basis and you will perform other such duties as:

    • Answering ????? ????? phone queries
    • Greet all visitors
    • Ordering ????? ?????
    • Booking meeting rooms and setting up Theatrette for software demonstrations
    • Ordering ????? ????? the complete office
    • Data Entry
    • All general errands

    Being a small office your role is an integral part of the smooth operations of this office so ideally you will be highly organised, be able to multi task and have be fantastically presented and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You must have previous and relevant Reception experience and general administration experience to be considered for this role

    This role is an initial 3 month contract role with a view of the role becoming on going and is a part time role only for 20 hrs a week so this could be ideal if you are wanting to ease back into the corporate arena or if you are studying and keen to keep working.
