Our client is a leading not-for-profit service provider. They have been helping the West Australian community for many years by enabling essential services to be supplied to Regional and Central WA.

Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller will manage a large team of qualified staff. Your responsibilities will be broad and involved, including the management of all financial and management accounting staff, transactions, financial systems and business analysis. You will also strive to continually improve the processes and systems associated with these functions.

Your role will be a key influence, guiding the strategic direction of the business. Associated with this you will have ultimate responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, cost reduction and CAPEX. In addition you will oversee the financial and statutory reporting ensuring ????? ?????. The ability to understand and maximise the effectiveness of financial systems will be key.

We are seeking a finance professional with significant management experience with a large organisation and strong technical skills. The successful applicant will ideally be professionally qualified with a strong affinity for systems and a proven record of success.
