Snr Credit Analyst / Corporate Recovery: Property - 55ph

Client
Specialised property finance provider; servicing high end and complex property transactions, including Mezzanine and large syndicated loans up to $250m in value.
Role
Responsible for indentifying early warning signals for high risk clients, managing their account to a satisfactory risk portfolio or exiting the exposure from the loan portfolio. Be the point of contact for Insolvency & Legal representatives and compile regular progress reports.
Person
Ideally you will have a strong property analyst / lending background. Potentially coupled with experience in Credit / Risk or corporate recovery.
