A fantastic opportunity is now available for a permanent part time Accounts Officer to work out of this busy company located in Osborne Park.
Our company are an Electrical Services company and are screaming out for a reliable and highly organised Accounts Officer.
They are looking for someone who is keen for 25 hours a week working 5 hours each day (flexible on start and finish times) this would ideally suit a mum wanting to ease back into the workforce or someone with excellent accounts experience looking to slow down.
In this role you will be expected to:
- Process and prepare all Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Banking duties
- Process accounts using MYOB
- Prepare General Ledger & monthly accounts
To be considered for this role you must have the relevant experience in order to have the confidence to hit the ground running and have complete ownership over the accounts area, you will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self motivated and be a reliable person.
This office are a medium sized office with tradesmen coming in and out of the office each day and they want someone that is on the ball and has the confidence working within this type of industry.
