• Change management in an SAP context  
• Demonstrated experience within the Energy/ Mining industry
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Well developed leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience within a top tier consulting firm
• Knowledge of Learning, Knowledge Management, Talent Management, Requirements/Needs Analysis, Change Readiness Assessment, Communication Planning and Management, Job/Role Design, Organisation Design and Change Tracking
• Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications; and
• The ability to start within 4 weeks
