Business Analyst

- Initial 7 Month Contract
My client, a well known global organisation, is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to come on board on a Controlled Document embedding Project. You will be working closely with the Project Manager to;
- Understand, re-design and implement changes to existing Business Processes and controls as well as ensure compliance
- Re-design and implement changes to training delivery to ensure that the Controlled Document team members are appropriately skilled
- Identify, duplicate & supersede documents within the Controlled Document system
- Establish a sustainable and appropriate governance & support model
Along with the above you will be assisting with the delivery of appropriate Business Change activities.

To be considered for this position you will be able to demonstrate the following;
- Experience in a similar BA position
- Experienced in dealing with Vendors
- Experienced in records/ document management projects
- Experience working with Documentum (desirable)
- Outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Experienced in business process re-design and implementation activities
- Flexible to travel
