The Position
As Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be taught ALL areas of the recruitment process from:
· Sourcing job vacancies
· Interview techniques
· Identifying Client / Candidate needs
· Maintaining databases
· Identifying trends in your chosen recruitment field
After 3 months you will be promoted to Recruitment Consultant and will be in charge of running your own desk!!!
You will be performing various duties such as:
- Securing vacancies
- Sourcing candidates via advertising, networking & referrals
- Providing market knowledge and advice to employers
- Maintaining candidate networks
- Providing resume, interview and career advice to candidates
- Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles.
- Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages.
- Working as part of a team to maximise NPP Recruitment’s commercial performance.
- Developing and managing ongoing client relationships
You will be completely responsible for the smooth and successful management of your desk – no micro-management here!
You
To be considered for this rare opportunity you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Drive & determination to succeed
- Sound time management skills
- Good computer skills
- MUST be a team player
- Experience in the finance, banking and/or accounting industry will be an advantage
