You are a Degree qualified Electrical Engineer with a minimum of five years engineering experience in the electrical, water or related industries.  A minimum of two years experience managing a multi-disciplinary work team, achieving targets for project cost, schedule and quality is also required.  Ideal experience would encompass Project Management within the full water cycle including; collection, through purification and transportation to distribution and re-use.
 
You will be joining a leader in power and automation technologies.  A global organisation acting locally in over 100 countries world wide with capabilities to be able to offer their clients research, supply, manufacturing, distribution, IT and benchmarking services; they a world leader in their field.
 
Your primary responsibilities will involve leading a team of 14 engineers and draftspersons as well as managing SCADA projects within the water infrastructure sector.  This is a challenging, busy and varied role and will require you to manage complex projects as well as drive an already motivated team.  You will measured on your ability to manage resources as well as deliver projects within time and budgetary restraints. 
 
Only applicants with a minimum of two years Australian managerial experience within this type of role will be considered.  You must be a proven self starter with a strong desire to directly influence the continued growth of both the team and organisation.  

This position offers a base salary of $100,000 plus superannuation, incentives of up to 15% of base and either a fully maintained vehicle or car allowance to the value of $20,000.
