An excellent opportunity has arisen in one of the leading hospitals in Singapore. We are currently hunting for an experience Pharmacist to join this busy and dynamic team. You will provide a comprehensive range of patient-oriented pharmacy services. Your duties include counseling and dispensing medication as well as providing drug information to patients and sharing ????? ????? drugs with healthcare professionals. You will be given the opportunity to run clinics and programs such as Anti-Coagulation, Heart Failure and Smoking Cessation. You will also be required to supervise a team, ensuring ????? ????? of medicine in accordance with protocol and legal requirements.
Ideally you will hold a Degree or Masters Qualification in Pharmacy from a reputable University, and a minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in an acute setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
*Multi-lingual abilities including local dialects will be highly advantageous.
