We are a dominant force in the Recruitment Industry – we have just celebrated our 10th year in the industry and now we are looking for a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to join in our success and manage our Banking, Finance, Accounting desk! 

Located in the heart of CBD we focus on Real Estate Recruitment, Building & Construction, Banking & Finance, Accounting, IT and General.
 
The Position
 
As Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be taught ALL areas of the recruitment process from:
  • Sourcing job vacancies
  • Interview techniques
  • Identifying Client / Candidate needs
  • Maintaining databases
  • Identifying trends in your chosen recruitment field
After 3 months you will be promoted to Recruitment Consultant and will be in charge of running your own desk!!!
 
You will be performing various duties such as:
  • Securing ????? ?????
  • Sourcing candidates via advertising, networking & referrals
  • Providing market knowledge and advice to employers
  • Maintaining candidate networks
  • Providing resume, interview and career advice to candidates
  • Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles.
  • Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages.
  • Working as part of a team to maximise NPP Recruitment’s commercial performance.
  • Developing and managing ongoing client relationships
You will be completely responsible for the smooth and successful management of your desk – no micro-management here!
 
You
 
To be considered for this rare opportunity you will need:
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Drive & determination to succeed
  • Sound time management skills
  • Good computer skills
  • MUST be a team player
  • Experience in the finance, banking and/or accounting industry will be an advantage
