The Client

Since it's conception 100 years ago, this reputable financial services organisation, based in the heart of the Perth CBD, has been consistently growing and currently employs around 500 staff over 8 offices throughout Australia. 

 

The Position

• Assist with the preparation of month end accounts and month end reporting
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts at year-end
•  Month end Journals
• Weekly Management Report and all associated tasks
•  Review Corporate Finance month-end invoice processing and reconcile accounts receivable
•  Assist with the maintenance of the Fixed Asset register
•   Board paper - Management Report preparation
•  Sending out Department Profit and Loss
• FBT Returns
• Assist with the Year-end Audit process

 

The Position Requirements

• CPA/CA Qualified (or equivalent) or studying towards accreditation
• 3-5 years Accounting experience
•  Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel Skills
• Ability to meet strict financial deadlines
• A "hands-on" approach to work
• Experience in Sun Accounts is preferred, however not essential

 

The Rewards

•  $65,000-75,000 package
• Reputable organisation
• Hours 8.30-5.00pm
