The client- Well established within the Welding Industry as Manufacturers and Importers of elite brands of welding machines and consumables servicing distribution and end user markets. They not only provide products they also offer innovative and reliable welding solutions to its diverse customer base. Currently they are looking to grow its Perth team and calling for a high achieving Sales Engineer to join its close knit team.
The role- Sales Engineer- key responsibilities of the role include:
Managing your own territory of existing distributors and end user clients
Actively sourcing and developing new business relationships
Product demonstrations and presentations
Coordination of marketing campaigns and promotions
Sales forecasting and reporting
The candidate- The successful candidate will either:
A) Be a qualified welder / boilermaker with previous technical sales experience and / or
B) Are currently working on the tools but you have a flair for sales and have a proactive and dynamic personality
Whether you are type A or B you will essentially be a highly driven self starter who thrives on challenge and are a team player. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with people of all levels.
You are keen, enthusiastic and career driven.
On offer is an attractive salary package consisting of $65K base plus super, plus fully maintained company vehicle and all usual tools of the trade. Monthly bonuses are also apart of this package and are uncapped so you are rewarded for your hard work and excellent results.
