Our client is quoted as being the number 1 property service provider in the World. Business streams include corporate advisory, property/asset management, investment sales, leasing, project management and valuations. Due to portfolio growth we are seeing an experience property manager to join the North Shore team.

They are seeking someone to work within the North Shore area and undertake valuations primarily for residential mortgage purposes.  You would also gain exposure to residential developments, including subdivisions and all types of home unit developments

You will be offered a base salary and very competitive commission structure.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years valuations experience and be seeking the opportunity to advance their career in a relaxed and professional environment.
