Our client, a property company based in Perth, requires an interim Management Accountant for an nine month fixed term contract.
 
Working within a small team this role is accountable for all management accounting, support and compliance.  This position is responsible for company-wide processes including:
 
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Analyses of monthly reports
• Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Provide benchmarking & develop performance indicators
• Liaising with project managers
• Improve the delivery of service and processes
• Ad hoc reporting
• Supervising a small team

 
Suitable candidates will have a professional qualification (ACA/CPA) or equivalent, with experience ideally in a similar role.  Property knowledge is essential.
