Our client is quoted as one of the most successful property owners/managers in the market. Due to growth on the portfolio they are seeking an experienced Leasing Administration Manager to manage this function on a regional basis.

You will sit within the national team, overseeing the lease administration process across the institutionally owned shopping centre property portfolio. You will manage a small team and implement best practice within the division surrounding all lease administration issues.

You must understand the processes surrounding the approval of all leases, the checking of all lease instructions, issuing to external solicitors as well as the maintaining of an accurate Lease tracking system.  

You will have a minimum of 5 years property lease administration experience in retail, with detailed experience with the retail leases act. Alternatively you will have a proven track record in property management with a leading organisation. Those will a para-legal background will also be highly regarded.
