Our client is a listed property investment organisation, which specialises in the ownership, management and development of commercial, retail and residential properties throughout Australia.  

They are now looking for a dynamic individual to join the retail team.  As the Leasing administrator your primary responsibility will be to provide support for the retail leasing team, your additional responsibilities will be:

• Maintain and administer retail lease documentation

• Maintaining relationships with tenants, solicitors and owners

• Manage rental arrears

• Collation of retail sales figures

• Assisting with financial reporting

• Updating and maintaining a lease database

• Other ad hoc duties.

To be considered for this position you will have had previous leasing and or lease administration experience in a retail environment. You will need to posses strong negotiation and communication skills.  Thorough knowledge of the retail leases act is necessary. The role would suit someone who is looking to progress their career with a recognised firm.
