This nationally recognised retailer requires an Acquisitions Consultant to optimise the real estate portfolio in Western Australia for all new site acquisition opportunities.
 
Due to an exciting period of planned growth and store development, this new role has been created to support the existing development team and drive market presence.
 
Success will be achieved through the sourcing and securing of new sites, dealing with all matters relating to acquisition, planning, and feasibility, and to negotiate the most favourable terms on behalf of the client.
 
This needs someone with a track record in retail property transactions and strong leasing experience plus the ability to work well with a number of stakeholders.  With complete control of the store acquisition and development process your strong communication skills are key to ensure successful project delivery through liaison with the in-house construction and planning team.
