Your proven expertise in the conceptual and front end design of floating production systems together with your strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen will win you this coveted role.  Your ability to seamlessly integrate this highly specialist consulting service into the client's project team will be the key to your success as will your confidence in articulating your opinions to successfully win-win situations.
