Integra Mining is an aggressive gold explorer with a proven discovery track record, a substantial gold resource base and a strong platform for building a significant new mid-tier Australian gold production house. Since listing in 2001, Integra has steadily built up its mineral portfolio through a series of acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances - predominantly in the Eastern Goldfields region, where it controls a significant tenement package.
The company’s flagship Randalls Gold Project, including the Salt Creek Gold deposit, is located 60kms east of Kalgoorlie and has a consolidated gold resource of 20 million tonnes grading 2.7g/t gold for 1.8 million contained ounces. The company recently completed its BFS which demonstrated strong financial returns from Phase 1 of Operations which it intends bringing into production in early 2010. With this in mind they now seek to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to the position of Resident Manager. Candidates will hold tertiary qualifications in mining engineering ????? ????? around 10-15 years relevant experience, some of which should be at this level. Whilst this is initially an open pit operation a First Class Mine Managers Certificate, whilst not essential, will be highly regarded.
You will be required to effectively manage the development and operations of a new open pit mining/processing facility. Ideally you will possess exceptional people management and leadership ability, excellent communication skills and the motivation to lead and inspire teams to achieve predetermined results through drive and imagination.
This position could be Kalgoorlie based or F.I.F.O. with an attractive roster from Perth. A competitive and attractive remuneration package will be outlined at interview.
