A leader in the exploration and extraction of the earth's natural resources is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Maintenance Planner to lead a small team at one of their underground hard rock sites.

In this position as the Senior Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for managing the maintenance planning of both underground and surface fixed & mobile plant. You will be reporting to the Manager Maintenance onsite. You will be leading a small team of and will be expected to provide mentoring ????? ?????. The duties of this role will focus around forecasting, planning, scheduling and budgeting as well as monitoring, reviewing and implementing improvement initiatives to increase availability of plant.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications
- Proven experience within maintenance planning in a mining environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- A strong commitment to safe working practices
- An ability to establish processes and controls for maintenance activities
