Newly Created Role. Strong Resources Team requires Resources/Corporate Lawyer 1.5 Years Plus. Front-end mining focus
The team continued to perform well throughout the downturn and is extremely well placed moving forward. They are the team of choice for many of the regions largest mining producers. You will be engaged upon a range of exciting corporate and commercial matters and form strong industry relationships.
Your matters will have a mining focus and will include various aspects of: contract negotiation, joint venture arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, energy agreements, land access advice, compulsory acquisitions, aboriginal heritage and capital raising.
The team work extremely well together and enjoy a friendly camaraderie.
