Working as part of this dynamic 2 Partner team you will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of commercial litigation and dispute matters, including: TP, intellectual property, insolvency and recovery, directors' duties and liabilities and regulatory enforcement matters as well as criminal investigations and matters relating to the Accident Compensation Act and the Transport Accident Act .

You will also take on an active role in developing and mentoring ????? ????? junior practitioners in the team?

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably gained from working in a top-tier or large commercial Australian law firm.
