To be successful in this role you will need:
VMWare certification and experience
Microsoft Certifications
4 + years experience in Systems Administration
CISCO certification and experience will be well regarded
It is desirable that you have experience with the following:
Microsoft Exchange Servers 2003/2007
Window Server 2003/2008
Active Directory
Network Administration (WAN, LAN, WLAN)
Backup Administration
System Security and Patching
Project Management
VMware ESX Administration
Excellent communication skills
