Currently experiencing strong growth, this Market Leader and Insurer of Choice is seeking an experienced Claims Team Leader to join their Perth Team.

Reporting to the National Claims Manager, your role will include training and developing a team of claims specialists on delivering claims expertise.

Some of your duties will include:-

• Managing the Team's workflow
• Providing Technical support to the team
• Conducting training and development activities
• Liaison with internal and external clients

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Team Leader in a Motor Vehicle claims environment, have demonstrated strong complaint handling skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
