This Boutique recruitment agency in the Engineering and Construction sectors is looking for a Senior Consultant/Branch Manager to run their Perth office.
If you are a self starter and looking for an opportunity to run your own show, then this is for you.
With the Head office in Sydney, Tognetti Consulting is looking for a new leader to take over the Perth Branch.
We have been around for over seven years and have made our mark with a solid and professional reputation.
The Perth office is located two minutes from City West Train station and the Cat Buses making it the perfect location with easy access to the city and surrounding suburbs.
While things have been tough, the upturn has left plenty of room for a self motivated, driven recruiter to take over the Hot desk and utilise the refreshingly different company structure to make plenty of commission in order to top up the already generous base salary.
You will be a positive person with plenty of energy and have a solid work experience in one of the main construction sectors e.g. engineering, building, mining or oil and gas. It will be your drive and hunger that make you succeed in this opportunity.
You will need to have a minimum 4 years experience in the recruitment industry, ideally with one of the main recruitment agencies.
You will be reporting directly to the Director / owner of the agency and also working with him as this is a team inspired company.
The reality is that you will be given a free rein to get on with it and not be hindered with unnecessary KPI's.
