HR Manager

This ASX listed company provides their customers with a complete civil and structural engineering service ranging from preparation of feasibility studies, through detailed design and documentation, and supervision on site. The contracting division, being a market leader in the construction of major civil projects in WA, is under going continued expansion and as a result is seeking professionals to fill the following positions.

This newly created position is responsible for setting up best practice systems, policies and procedures as well as the delivery of technically accurate and credible advice to managers and employees on a wide variety of HR topics. Reporting to the Divisional Finance Manager, you will have a hands-on approach to industrial relations, recruitment, employee retention, skills development, agreement negotiation, and management reporting. Ideally you will be an experienced HR practitioner with relevant formal qualifications and at least three years experience in the construction or related industry.

 

You will be a self driven, motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of helping people grow and develop. Strong communication and relationship building skills, enthusiasm, energy and drive are essential and will guarantee your success in this new position.
