Industrial Relations Co-Ordinator

Technically minded person

Based in the CBD this role is a short term contact to assist the Senior HR Advisor on the existing contract they have with their client.
A person who is technically minded on the industrial side who has the ability to look at the existing contract and analyse any gaps that may need addressing. The person will be required to put in any processes or procedures that are required to meet all requirements.
An experienced IR person who has worked with contracts and can liaise with the Senior HR Advisor, through to the client and has the ability to follow through with procedure is highly desirable. At this stage the contract will be for one to two months depending on the ongoing workload.
Proven IR experience and knowledge of working within the confines of contractual agreements is necessary, preference will be given to candidates who have an Oil and Gas background.
