Etro Bistro is located in beautiful King Street and is seeking a barista to join the team.  This position is of primary impoartance to our customers, so applicants must have experience and love making coffee!

Etro is open for breakfast and lunch 7 days and dinner on Friday evenings.  This position is Monday - Friday, but applicants must be prepared to work occasional weekends and Friday evenings.  Permanent part time approx 35 hours per week.  Additional hours may be available for applicants with waitperson experience if wanted. 

Coffee is one of our main focusses at Etro and our baristas are among the best in the CBD.   

This position offers early starts - early finish, mostly day shifts (except some Friday evenings), competitive rates of pay and great meal allowances. 

Applicants must absolutely have; 

• experience in a similar position as Barista 
• experience making high volume coffees throughout the day 

Applicants must also have; 

• good work habits 
• good communication skills  
• great presentation  
•  be able to work in a team  

This person will be responsible for the preparation of other drinks and bar items as part of position also.  Etro is a licensed premises, so applicants must be 18 or over. 

RSA training is essential
