Our client is private provider of residential aged care services in Western Australia. Our client is committed to providing a safe, stimulating and supportive environment for both residents and staff. They are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing who will ensure the successful operation and delivery of service to the residents. You will also have the drive and motivation to promote the principles of best practice and drive continuous improvement in all activities. Essential Criteria includes: - Knowledge of Aged Care Funding
- Previous management experience in a similar role
- Budget development and management experience
- Current NBWA RN registration
- The ability to provide vision and leadership
- The ability to develop plans for the achievement of objectives
Desirable: - Tertiary business and/or management qualifications
