A fantastic opportunity has arisen with this well-known National Stockbroking firm. They are seeking a dedicated and capable Dealers Assistant to join the team located in their Perth Head Office.
This is a busy and varied position. Your responsibilities will include diary management for Dealers, liaising with clients, travel and accommodation co-ordination, arranging presentations and co-ordinating functions, taking client orders, assisting with mail-outs, preparation of authorisation letters, taking incoming phone-calls, maintaining the internal database, typing general correspondence and other duties as required. RG146 compliance is essential to be considered for this role
