International Enquiry Officer

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic International Enquiry Officer to work 6 month secondment within the International Operations division of a leading Australian banking Organisation.
    The role involves being responsible for administration needs of the division, assisting with the logging of documents, filing and courier/shipping related admin. The prospective candidate will need to answer
    phone calls and provide superior customer service.
    The hours of work for this position will be 8.30am - 5.00pm.

    Candidate Requirements:
    ∙ Exemplary organisation skills
    ∙ Computer literate
    ∙ The ability to "think on your feet" and work under pressure
    ∙ Must be to be a team player.
    ∙ Familiarity with general banking policies 
    ∙ Should the potential candidate have prior knowledge of documents of trade / bill of trade and letters
    of credit they will be well looked upon however this is not essential. Training will be provided.
