Our client, a leading provider of mortgages within the West Australian market place, are currently looking for TEMP Credit Assessors on an ongoing basis.

The position will be responsible for:

• Verification of supporting loan documentation.
• Data entry of loan application through Origen.
• Monitoring of loan application.
• Verification of quality of electronic loan applications done by Brokers.
• Eligibility verification for pre-approval.
• Electronic submission of First Home Owners Grant application.
• Deposit assessment.
• Employment verification.
• Credit check (CRAA).
• Serviceability check via bank statement and pay slips supplied.
• Production of supporting letters to applicant via the Document Administrator, e.g. pre-approval letter.
• Request for a valuation through the Valuations Co-ordinator.
• Storage and retrieval of loan documentation as appropriate.
• Re-assessment of an existing client for a change to their current loan, e.g. Emergency Loan, Home Improvement or Top Up Loan.
