Our client is a successful International Financial Services organisation who pride themselves on providing superior client service. They are currently seeking a Client Services Consultant for a 6 month contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms
- Meet and greet clients and assist with general queries
- Respond to calls
- Maintain office supplies and product information booklets
- Manage and sort incoming and outgoing mail
- Organise domestic and interstate couriers
- Assist to scan, archive and file documents
- General administrative duties
The successful applicant will require professional communication skills, strong presentation skills, excellent attention to detail and be a team player.
