Client Services Consultant

Our client is a successful International Financial Services organisation who pride themselves on providing superior client service. They are currently seeking a Client Services Consultant for a 6 month contract.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Meet and greet clients and assist with general queries
  • Respond to calls
  • Maintain office supplies and product information booklets
  • Manage and sort incoming and outgoing mail
  • Organise domestic and interstate couriers
  • Assist to scan, archive and file documents
  • General administrative duties

The successful applicant will require professional communication skills, strong presentation skills, excellent attention to detail and be a team player.
