Our client is a high profile food organisation who supplies a wide range of ambient and chilled products to the major retailers throughout Australia. They are currently seeking to recruit a high calibre Electrical Engineer to join the team at this key facility.
Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for all electrical engineering issues on site. Through the management and development of the electrical team you will drive electrical performance in order to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
You will be degree qualified in Electrical Engineering and have gained 3-5 years experience in a high volume manufacturing environment. A motivational leader with a hands on management style you will be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully managing maintenance teams within a complex environments.
