Contracts Manager - Perth
Kinetic Recruitment is Australias Leading Supplier of recruitment solutions to the Rail sectors. As a partner with some of the largest Rail projects in Australia, we currently have a position available for a Commercial/Contracts Manager to be based in Perth. Our client is has a strong presence within the Rail sector and this is an excellent opportunity for career progression.
Duties Include:
- Feasibility assessments of, and business cases to support proposed procurement models
- Documentation of procurement models for stakeholder consultation and approval
- Liaison with primary stakeholders regarding procurement models
- Development of contract models and documentation
- Provision of commercial advice to project team
- Primary liaison point with the Department's Contracting and Procurement Section
and undertaking, and / or ensuring ????? ????? management and delivery of the following activities:
- Development of contract documents, including evaluation plans
Supplier negotiations - Contract management (site and office based)
- Contract administration
This hands-on person will ideally have 10 - 15 years contracts and commercial experience, with a sound understanding of the infrastructure industry (pref. rail and/or power industries).
Applicants who do not meet all the requirements but have strong Commercial/Contracts Management experience are encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will have opportunities to work on unique and challenging projects. Flexible salary rates are available to secure the right candidate
