Their products and services unlock the value of data across the enterprise providing real-time operational metrics for timely analysis to make critical informed decisions.
This challenging role requires a dedicated, business-aware software solutions professional to grow new business and develop opportunities in existing accounts having experience in sectors such as: metals, mining & materials; oil & gas; power generation; water management; pulp & paper; pharmaceutical & biotech and/or Utilities.
In this consultative selling / business development role you will identify and maintain relationships with senior decision makers such as CIO's, Business Analysts and senior executives who need operational data converted rapidly and accurately to valuable precise information to execute well thought-out business decisions critical to their continuing operational excellence.
You will be provided ongoing training and to understand of new and aligned technologies, new applications and industry trends, and you will actively pursue ongoing learning to enhance your effectiveness in this role.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Engineering, Science or related Degree
- 5 years direct sales & business development experience of IT solutions
- Practical knowledge of the process industry domain
- Understanding of business intelligence and real-time data platforms
- Proven business development within a similar business intelligence field

The successful candidate will be offered an attractive salary package consisting of a negotiable base of around $150k, an attractive achievable commission structure with ability to surpass $250 o.t.e, plus superannuation and vehicle benefits.
