This leading EPCM joint venture in Western Australia has undertaken and completed some of the states largest Iron Ore expansion projects to date, supported by a global resource giant this joint venture is set to sore. The degree of complexity and the seer scope of the project make this a very exciting venture for the professional person.
Now heading into a new phase of rapid growth in the Pilbara the sourcing of a Functional Planning Manager is now currently underway.
 
This objective for this Manager is to maintain the overall programme planning, scheduling and progressing activities necessary for the successful delivery of the programme of works.
 
Your Duties will include:
 
Development of work breakdown structure, overall project plan, code of accounts, project schedule and resource requirements.
Management of all related staff and contractors
Progress and performance review for all engineering, contracts, materials and equipment procurement and construction.
Schedule optimisation reporting
Development of planning and progress procedures
Preparation and development of management continual reporting
Identification and resolution of planning /scheduling problems
 
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to manage and lead a large diverse team, and have the ability to forge and retain relationships at all levels.
You acute attention to detail is paramount to this position and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
You will have a solid history working with P-6 scheduling software and be proficient in its use.
Your understanding of HS&S standards and regulations is also needed.
You will have tertiary qualifications in Engineering ????? ????? been working in a EPCM construction environment previously for a number of years.
