The role involves:

• Providing information on loans and assessing the customer's suitability
• Greeting customers as they enter the branch to discuss loan applications
• Making outbound calls to existing customers to up-sell and cross-sell products
• Up-selling insurance and credit cards, recommending other products
• Providing admin support and assistance in other areas of the branch

To be considered for the role you must demonstrate the following:

• Proven sales experience, in a phone based role, working to targets
• Retail/face to face customer service experience
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to learn and retain complex financial product information
