Overview:
Fresh, new role for a Civil Engineering ????? ????? with one of WAs longest standing civil engineering ????? ?????.
Having experience year on year growth through a careful and strategic approach they are now positioned as one of the leading civil contractors involved in site clearance, demolition, subdivisions, earthworks, sewage and stormwater, road works, pipelines and hard and soft landscaping.
Their management team is a solid, long standing arrangement and through careful sourcing of suitable staff they have managed establish a very steady base of staff with low staff turnover.
Role:
A Senior PM is sought to join the existing team. Working in the metropolitan area you will be responsible for the smooth running of multiple jobs to a value of around $5 million.
You:
This position would best suit somebody with 10+ years experience in the management of civil engineering ????? ?????. You will be an expert in planning, managing and looking after financial budgets and cost control. You will have the ability to motivate those around you and drive forward successful projects.
